What Beyond News is

Beyond News is a personalised news app that synthesises articles from licensed and openly available sources. The synthesised text, annotations, and structural elements (entity panels, perspective framings) are produced by us and licensed to you for personal use.

What you agree to

By using Beyond News you agree:

• You are at least 16 years old
• You will use the app for personal, non-commercial reading
• You will not scrape, redistribute, or resell our synthesised content
• You will not attempt to disable or circumvent our personalisation engine
• You will not impersonate another user or misuse another user's account

What we agree to

• Provide the calibrated news service we describe in marketing
• Treat your personal data per our Privacy Policy
• Notify you of material changes to these Terms before they take effect

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will give you a chance to export your data before any final termination.

Limitation of liability

Beyond News is a news-reading service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of synthesised content; for the original sources, follow the "Synthesised from:" links on each article. You should not rely on Beyond News for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and subject to the courts of Portugal.
